Life growing free and wild
Is like weeds that stay awhile.
The longer they stay and grow
The roots are stronger below.
Gardens we grow in life
Can be wild with roots of strife.
Overgrowth from lack of love,
Growing stronger above.
Life growing with loving care,
Budding with flowers to share.
Pleasant to the eye and soul,
Desired to have and hold.
Gardens we grow have needs,
Beginning from tiny seeds.
Blooming beauty to enjoy,
Or wild weeds we've ignored?
